Payment Options

We gladly accept all major Credit Cards, Checks or Money Orders (US funds only), and PayPal. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 7 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Return Policy

·   Brilliant Puzzles accept returns for unused products (in their original unopened packing) or defective products. Shipping charges are not refundable on all returned items.

·   Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Brilliant Puzzles does not offer refunds after 30 days from the date you purchase.

·   You will receive credit for the price of the products returned plus any taxes.

·   Refunds will be in the form of the original payment method. 

·   As long as products are returned within 30 days of the purchasedate, restocking fees will be waived.

·   Your credit card will be credited within 3 business days of receiving your return product.

·   Due to variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please allow up to a full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

·   Please include a copy of your original packing slip / invoice along with a short note telling us why you're returning the item.

·   Return shipments that do not meet the above will be refused and returned.
